Plot:After discovering a real vampire is part of a traveling circus, a teenaged boy becomes a vampire in training in order to save his best friends' life.
This is based on the series of books, and combines the first three novels in the film.
This seems to be using the vampire as a metaphor for depression. The vampire genre is filled with teenaged characters because it's a time in life when things seem more then they are, and the vampire is the perfect icon for it.
What do I think I learned from this film?
Stealing will always have a price. Don't be afraid to be who you are.
