movie: Baby Boom
starring: Diane Keaton, Sam Shepard
format: TV EDIT
plot:A woman in a high stress corporate job finds herself the sudden guardian of a new baby after her cousin dies. The lifestyle change takes her out of the job she loves and the city she loves, and into a country cottage.
Classic chick flick film. It gave millions of women in the late 1980s a sense of power, and permission to really go for it all.
It's a straight up romantic comedy, and a reflection of the era it was made in. From the clothes to the attitude.
Like many movies in the 1980s/1990s it also spawned a tv show.
what do i think i learned from this film?
