Well, this is a Disney movie, so you know right off it's going to have a big slap happy bring a tear to your eye ending.
And it did. And yes damn it, I cried.
It's also going to have a dance-music montage, a cute dog and way too much formulaic segments.
There was a slight nod to the fact that fast food is not good for you, but not much of it.
It was just too sugary sweet for me, I mean the Rock sang for a segment and the rest of the time he spent flashing that overly bleached smile.
I sat here watching this, with my mother who is a fan of the Rock and even she was making comments about how he wasn't doing much of anything that he doesn't do on WWE. So that tells you something about the plot of this movie.
what do i think i learned from this film?
The Rock needs to really start being more picky about his movie roles. When you see the combination of a kid and a dog in a film, you know the formula before you are three minutes into it.
