Day 75

Movie: Midnight in Paris
Starring: Owen Wilson, Kathy Bates
Genre: Comedy, Drama
Year: 2011
Format: Shaw Video On Demand

Plot: A writer goes to Paris with is girlfriend, but ends up spending all of his time wandering the streets at night, and traveling back through time to meet his heroes.

This is a Woody Allen film, and it has the classic feel of this originally being written for him.

It's one of those movies that leaves you hanging, you never really know what it is that causes the time jump.  Is it just the fact that he's drunk and daydreaming, or has he really managed to find a tear in reality when midnight strikes?

What do I think I learned from this film?
Never give up on your dreams and never give up on your soulmate. Even when it seems like you're from two different worlds.
