What more should I say?
This starts out very strong, building on the theme of good vs evil... or so you are lead to believe. But what you have here is a story that is more then that.
It's a story about truth vs lies. What we are led to believe vs what we know is right and honest.
As you follow the characters through their journey, little is explained but you get the feeling that not everything is what you see. Which proves to be the case.
This is also one of those, knowledge is power stories. They need to get to a book of spells that the church is holding in order to perform the trial.
what do i think i learned from this film?
To trust what you feel and never take what you are told as total end all. And it's all about the book.
