plot: An American outlaw finds himself across the boarder in Canada, while hiding from the bounty hunter who's been hunting him for years. The biggest transition for him is that the rule against guns.

This was one of those cute movies that only a Canadian would think to make. 
It doesn't have much of a storyline but it gets away with the humour and sense of strange honesty.  The majority of the characters aren't as polished as you might like, but for the short time frame of the movie, it works well enough.
 
There is also a really cool nod to the whole Due South tv show that made Paul Gross famous.
