I thought this might be a good chick flick, but I was wrong.
It just seemed like it was trying too hard to be a big player when it just seemed to me like it was tangled around itself.
There was just something off about Helen Hunt in the lead, playing someone who is roughly a decade younger then her. I had a difficult time believing her in this role. And I just could not get past that.
what do i think i learned from this film?
Just because you have half the ingredients for a cake doesn't mean you can make it work without the other half. Things happen for a reason when they do, sometimes you just don't see it until it's in your rear view mirror.
